Can an ocean vessel reach the Port of Baku directly from China?
Not by ordinary global ocean shipping. Baku/Alat is on the enclosed Caspian Sea; ocean cargo generally uses an intermediate maritime gateway such as Poti and then a land leg, or a rail/Caspian intermodal route.
